George Ittyerah is the Founder and Transformation Architect at StrideLab, with over 20 years of leadership experience in strategic design, systems thinking, and organisational transformation.

He holds a Master’s in Analysis, Design, and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics (LSE). George has held senior leadership roles at Deloitte (Director – Business Resilience & Service Innovation), KPMG (Associate Director), and Tech Mahindra (Information Security & Consulting). He specialises in helping SMEs, family enterprises, and mission-driven organisations navigate leadership succession, business model innovation, and cultural transformation.

At StrideLab, George applies rigorous, design-led, and systems-thinking methodologies to co-create scalable growth strategies that align people, processes, and purpose. He has facilitated transformation programs for senior executives across APAC and mentors emerging leaders guiding them to navigate complexity with clarity and purpose.

Joseph Scaria Jr. is a globally respected expert in fundraising strategy, ESG, and social innovation with over 35 years of experience across 40+ countries. As Co-founder and Director of StrideLab, he advises corporations, non-profits, and governments on building inclusive, sustainable ecosystems rooted in purpose-driven growth.

He previously served as Asia Pacific Director for Habitat for Humanity International, where he led campaigns mobilizing over USD 1.5 billion. His leadership spans UNICEF, Tractel SA, and the Birla Group, with contributions in child rights, business development, ESG, housing, and rural development.

Joseph is a board advisor to several impact ventures and a sought-after speaker at international leadership forums and institutions on fundraising and sustainability.
